Being in the technology consulting business I've pretty much heard it all : 'the last guy that was here charged an arm and a leg' or 'he was here for 4 hours, put his arms in the air and said he couldn't fix the problem billed me and left'. This story in Orlando Sentinel is probably the best one yet though.
The tech takes the machine, she never hears from him again and the company offers her a discount for her next service call! Not as good as the Geek Squad guy filming the lady taking a shower but still pretty damn good!
